Hi, I’m Finley
I’m a 23-year-old final-stage plumbing apprentice, approaching the end of my apprenticeship and undertaking work within my competence. Alongside my regular Monday to Friday job, I’m building my own plumbing business — which is exactly why I can offer evening and weekend appointments.
I’m hard-working, disciplined and reliable, and I take real pride in turning up when I say I will, communicating clearly and leaving your home as I found it. Whether it’s a small repair, routine maintenance or a new installation, you’ll get an honest, friendly and dependable service.

Good to know
What hours can you actually come out?
Weekday evenings from around 5:30pm, and most of the day on Saturdays and Sundays. If you message during the day I’ll get back to you that evening.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No hidden call-out charges. I’ll look at the job, explain what needs doing and agree a price with you before any work begins.
Do you do gas or boiler work?
I don’t work on gas appliances or boilers. On the heating side I take care of the wet pipework — radiators, valves, heating pipe leaks and towel rails. Anything gas-related needs a Gas Safe registered engineer, and I’ll say so honestly rather than take the job.
I’ve got a leak right now — what do I do?
Turn off your internal stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink) to isolate the water, then call or text me. I can help talk you through isolating it on the phone and get to you as soon as I’m free.
Which areas do you cover?
Teesside and the surrounding areas — Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Thornaby, Billingham, Yarm, Ingleby Barwick, Redcar, Guisborough, Hartlepool and Darlington. Just ask if you’re slightly further out.
